Frequently asked

Can I win real money on Dream Ring?

No. Dream Ring is a social gaming site for entertainment purposes only. There is no real-money wagering, no prize of value, and no way to convert anything here into money. Coins are virtual counters with no cash value.

Can I buy more coins?

There is nothing to buy. If your balance runs low, press Reset coins under the reels and you are back to 1,000. No purchase is necessary, and none is possible.

Why did my balance disappear?

Your coin balance lives only in the open page. Reloading, closing the tab, or coming back later starts a fresh 1,000-coin balance. Nothing is stored on a server, because there is no server-side account.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Halo Wishes runs entirely in your browser with no sign-up, no email confirmation, and no profile.

Are the spins really random?

Yes. All fifteen reel positions are drawn by your browser's random number generator the moment you press spin, from the weighted pool described on the game page. The reels stopping left to right is animation over a result that already exists, and no spin is adjusted because of how the previous ones went.

How do wins work?

All five paylines are always active. A line pays when three or more identical symbols run in from the leftmost reel, at the multiplier shown for that symbol and run length, applied to your coins-per-line bet. The Dream Ring is wild and substitutes for any other symbol. The full paytable and payline map are on the game page.

The game will not start.

Halo Wishes needs JavaScript enabled. If it is on and the reels still will not turn, check whether your balance is below the total bet — lower the coins per line or reset your balance. Otherwise, try a hard refresh, and if that fails, email us with your browser and device.

How old do I have to be?

You must be 18 or older to use Dream Ring. See our responsible play page for more.

Can I use Halo Wishes on my phone?

Yes. The site and the game are built to work on phones, tablets and desktops, and the reels resize to fit a narrow screen.
